Blazer Transfer Case Question

A friend of mine has a 2000 Blazer with a transfer case problem. All symptoms point to the shifter motor being bad, or not working properly. Does anyone know of an aftermarket cable-style/mechanical replacement for that motor? ThanX!

SHould be an NP233.
I mean sure you could rig up a conversion and hack a hole in the floor etc. But that motor is ~$65...Id just replace it.

BTW IIRC there are 2 different plug configurations on that motor dont order the wrong one from Amazon or rock auto....ask me how I know

Appreciate the reply Ron! Saw the guy yesterday... new fluid plus an additive... says the thing is improving... we will see what happens.
