Bleeding the brake master cyl. on a 2010 ford escape.

I installed a new one and notice it has what looks like a bleeder valve on the cylinder near the booster. Do I just run a hose from the bleeder to the reservoir and pump till no more bubbles? Should should I drain all the lines and replace all the fluid after 9 years?

Not bad if it only took you 3 hours. Did you try bleeding at the master cylinder lines first and try to skip bleeding all the wheels? Sometimes you can do that and not need to bleed at the wheels..
