Helping my old neighbor out

2005? BMW X5, 3.0, inline 6, auto, AWD

The Bad:
Front differential needs to be replaced
Driver door handle is broken
Passenger rear window won't roll down
Misc interior pieces broken
Some dents dings and scratches on the exterior


The Good:
Tires are 6 months old
Rear differential was replaced 2 years ago
Motor was replaced 1 year ago

Yes.
From the description I'm getting it sounds like it's broken where it mounts to the frame.
Not sure on mileage but I think around 170,000.
Clean title.
