so going to install a 2in bl on my cj5 and went to take the old bolts out and the first two bolts broke in half. What are my opitions now. How do I get the broke onse out? What do I do?

which bolts? If you can, drill a large hole in the tub above the broken bolt, then pull the fastener out.
I was never brave enough to try a BL on my CJ, figured most of the bolts would break and I'd make more work for myself

Sell the body lift and get a suspension lift, or even get longer shackles if u are on the cheap.

ok well after bighting the bullet and removed all old body mounts to my cj and just drilling up threw the tub what is the easy way to lift the tub up 2 inchs to put the new bl in?

A floor jack. Lift it in a triangle so its supported in 3 spots with the lift pucks and it will be easier to put the rest of the pucks in.

Never thought of doing it this way. We always lifted one side at a time with a floor jack and a short piece of wood (4x4 etc).

well 3 days of working and now I have my 2in BL on my cj5. Lots of drilling and cutting but got it on there. like it pretty good. I know lots of people think they are ugly but I like it. With a winch up front over the back bumper is the only place that looks some what bad. All in all a good upgrade.

ok so drove the cj5 down the road yesterday and all went well with new body lift. When I parked the jeep I got to thinking I didn't extend the clutch rod 2in. SInce the jeep shifted fine and seemed to drive fine do I still need to unhook it and extend it two inches or let it ride?
