ok, bought a projects, had a 3 inch body lift, so it had to go, on a yj. so i go to take them off, and some come off easy, and i did let them sit overnight in pb blaster. but most of the bolts are frozen in the lift pucks, so i have to cut them out, looks like they were epoxied to them, can even drive them out with a bfh. so the nuts that the bolts go into, one i can fix, but a couple are up inside the body and have come loose, and one still has the bolt piece in it. so do i need to cut them out, and put it new ones, anybody done this before. the tub is in great shape, no rust so dont want to tear it up. thank for any help. starting this project, should turn out good.

I had a couple spin free when I went to change my old body mounts out. I ended up tack welding the tapped flat stock piece to the support bracket. If you go that route, ensure they are centered for ease of alignment. Re-PB blaster the stud and vise grip it out. Later, T.J.
