Brown mountain?

I haven't set anything up yet, but I am open to it.
Post up here if there is any interest and I will set something up.

I know a few of us have been wondering as well. I can't commit just yet but I am interested.

I would be up for it again as I had a good time last year(and I know where not to eat because they are not open). Probably have three or four others as well. One last ride before the YJ goes under the knife again getting ready for the Moab trip in April. :driver:

Brown mtn is for atvs and bikes only, right?

Brown Mnt. is exit 100 when you are heading West on I-40. Its 2 hrs from Greensboro. I ride my bike there, but there arent many trails for trucks.

I have posted this in Brown Mnt post's before

When I was wheeling over there a few year back, I was told we could go on any trail that we could fit on. This was also stated by another person on one of these posts. Note, he said any trail, did NOT say make your own trails.

I have heard this too, just haven't put it into practice. I know some others on here have though.
In the past, we have done just trail 1 and 8 for a loop. I have always kept it easy for the stockers on the run.
We could always have 2 runs, stock and a harder ride.

I might bring my Samurai (stock) and join you guys.

You'll have a great time in a stock Sammy! A friend of mine took a brand new TJ up there last year. It had the little 215/75-15 tires and he had the most fun of anyone there.

just to let you guys know they have smoothed trail 1 out all the way to the top. No challanges at all.

Damn, that sucks. Guess we will have to hit some of the ATV trails for some action.
