Building a New Rear Bumper

I started putting together a rear bumper to match my front I built this past spring. I have the bumper together, but have not worked out the details for my tire carrier yet. I'm working on the latch and a mechanism to hold the carrier open. I will update when I get a little further along on it.

New bumper looks great. Just wondering why you don't want to use the spare carrier you already had on it?

Thanks. But the original carrier would be stressed to hold a 31" tire, a 36" swamper would probably pull the mounts off the cab.
