Bump stops ?

I'm not real sure bump stops are needed for wheeling. Are they I dont no how they could help any one got some info. thanks

bumpstops are cool. They keep stuff from hitting stuff they shouldnt be hitting during uptravel, tires/sheet metal, axle housing/oil pan...they also prevent leaf springs from going into negative arch.

Yes. They keep my tires out of my fenders. Or I guess you could say they keep my fenders from eating my tires.

they also keep my fillings from rattling out of my teeth.

using shocks as bumpstops will put a very quick end to them.
