Bumper hoop build

I got a tube bender and here is the first project. I added a hoop onto the front bumper. Tube is HREW 1.5 inch x .120 wall.

Thanks. I got the bend tech program and after I made the initial bends to calibrate the program it works great. Chris Merry at Bech Tech has been really helpful in assisting me to make sure my math skills were on target as well as walking me through my first bends.

I got the tube bender from Trick tools off the Pirate Board and they saved me some $$. I went ahead and got a tube nocher as well. I'll be making a rear bumper with a swing away tire carrier in May if I get the time. I got the swing away hardware kit, clevis mounts and some tire mounting brackets from A to Z fabrication. They have some reasonable prices. I forgot to order the receiver hitch so I still need that.

very cool.. can't wait to see it all done..

as for receiver hitch you can get them cheap at places like Agri supply..
