has anyone ever made there own bumper i was thinking about making one in welding class at school but i need some plans
i got a 84 gmc K25

i made the front and rear bumpers on my blazer. the problem is there are no plans, they were all in my head.

Years ago I Tacoma 747 made one we copied from offroad designs

Just start looking at all the different bumpers on the internet and come up with an idea for your own. On most sights you can see the bumper and it will tell you how thick the metal is. Ebay is a good place to start.
