I currently have RE uppers, and teraflex long lowers. I've actually liked the way it wheeled with this setup and thought it did a whole lot better on the road than the straight short arms.
So now that the frame side mount is busted in the rear, I'm trying to figure out the "best" and cheapest way to fix this.
Anyone got suggestions?

Is that an xj, zj,???

Looks like a Tj to me. Do you mean you are running true long arms for lowers and stock length uppers?? That would work fine for a street vehicle but can cause some serious binding when you flex side to side, which is probably what tore it off. I would say the best thing to do would be to make a rear truss, ditch the pan-hard bar and triangulate the uppers. You'll never look back

Yea, it's a TJ in the rear.
And yes, full long arm lowers, and short uppers. Been like this for ~5 years now and no issues.
Lots of people say they rip off in the front, but i think what caused this was the passenger rear lower bolt backed out, and was loose for a bit before I figured it out and tightened it.

Edit: haven't been offroad in >6 months. And that was short trip to pull someone out.

I still say your best option would be to triangulate the uppers and make some longer arms. There's really not much point in trying to fix that bracket It'll just be a problem from now on IMO.

Yea, well light welding is about the extent of my fab skills, and I have to bum a welder to do that.
I think i'm leaning towards one of the "long arm upgrade kits"

then just try and sell all my old control arms to recoup some of the cost. :(
Stupid Jeep.

They break off regardless of what arms you run. I just welded mine back on. Did it 4 or so years ago and it's been fine since.
