buying a trailer and need some advice

So me and my wife recently got a 4wheeler. I'm currently looking for another one so we each have one to ride. In the past I would just take my old honda over to my buddies house and ride the trails around there. But like all good things a few bad people got those land owners pissed and can't ride them anymore.

So my question is I haven't been to uwharrie in years and I've never been to some other places I found online like Carolina adventure world, buscoe beach, Brown mountain and a few others. Were are planning to take a few day trip at least once a month during the week days. So I'll be taking some camping gear and supplies with us. Will usually just be us but would like to be able to haul at least 3 quads incase a friend goes.

I'm thinking of either a 7x16 tandem axle trailer with side loading ramp. Figure I could fit 2 sideways and pull one straight on. My other option I was considering is a 8.5 by 20 enclosed. Figure I could just pull then straight in and have plenty of room for packing more in if need be. Also like that I could keep them stored in the enclosed instead of the shop and in the way.

What would you go with?

Are there places in uwharie that I can park the enclosed and unload the atv and be at a trailhead?

Do you think the enclosed would be too hard to maneuver in and out of these places?

Sorry for the long post. Just never been to most these places and don't want to go buy a trailer and have it not work for us.

I would go enclosed. Caw and brown mountain shouldn't be a problem maneuvering around, haven't been to the other places. I have a 8 x14.5 enclosed and like it alot. 3 would fit in it if you turned then sideways. It also comes in handy many other times.

X2 on enclosed.

You will get much more use out of it when not hauling 4wheelers.

Nice to be able to haul things in bad weather and not have to worry about the wind blowing loose items out.
