Cable linkage in Charlotte

Anyone know of a shop in Charlotte that makes heavy duty cable linkage cut to order? I need something heavy enough to shift a divorced NP-205.
 
Same thing was asked on another board not long ago... outside of ponying up the $$ for a set from AA, there are a couple of options...

1) Med/HD truck shops carry PTO cables & shifters...

2) McMaster-Carr = technically NOT "in Charlotte", but "Ground" generally arrives "Next Day"
