Right now I have tested fitted it in the cj and started cutting back some of the tubes. I have left enough to go back and weld to later. My question is should I try to tie it into the frame or just bolt it to the inner fender and the front floor pans? I have cut the floor out of the cj because of rust and will be fabricating a rear pan, inner fenders and rear body supports out of .080 mild steel. I'm looking for suggestions and pics. Thanks in advance

I have not worked with a CJ, But you should tie the Cage to the frame, at the A and B pillars along with in the back. You can use rubber or poly bushing if your concerned with vibes. I tied mine in solid and I have some vibes from the motor.

here is a tie in with a bushing
