I've had an electrical problem since somebody rolled my TJ in July...
haven't spent much time tracking it down...but it's a slow drain somewhere...
I can crank it and drive it no problem...as long as I crank it every 3-5 days...
let it sit for a week or more, and I have to jump it off...
not sure what could've busted loose on a flop...only thing I know of that's broken is the XM antenna wire...and with the power off, I don't "think" it's still using power trying to locate the satellites, but I'm not sure...
went out today to do one of my routine cranks, and it just turned over and over and over...
didn't hear the fuel pump running, so I just swapped the fuses/relays for anything fuel related with non-fuel related (rear O2 sensor, horn, etc)...OK, I know that the rear O2 is actually fuel related, but I don't even have on anymore, and it wouldn't prevent a start...
just trying to rule things out...would a starter going bad be able to drain a battery over a couple days?
any other random ideas?
Greg
