can someone help me with drive shaft problem

just lifted my jeep 3 more inches on top of the 5in lift but i have a problem with the drive shaft where it connects to the pumpkin just put in a new universal joint drove down the st and back and the end caps come out and i cant figure out where i went wrong and iv done plenty of drive shafts

Did you install the new retaining clips on the caps?

are the little ears still on the yoke?
