Cannot post reply

Lately it seems when I go to type a reply, the grey "type reply here" text doesn't act like a hyperlink, it just acts like a wallpaper. (I am probably butchering the technical details).
Sometimes if I reload, or go back and click the post again I am reply, other times it seems like I am 100% locked out from replying to a post.

Should I take the hint, like when the lights to a party went out when I pulled into the driveway in highschool?

That’s what mine does on Tapatalk, so I just hit the + sign and it opens a reply topic page

Tapatalk is great for me. Fastest way to keep up with multiple forums with minimum input. Plus uploading pics is too easy.

I am not using taptalk, it does only happen when I am using my cellphone, but I access the forum though the chrome browser/app.
