Its an 86 cherokee chief, 5 spd..it says command trac on the rear so I found something saying its a np231..but I found another site saying its the NP207..So which one is it?

Im not at home to look at the tag on the back of my xfer case. Also the front driveshaft doesnt connect like the rear one, it kinda has a rubber gasket around it and looks like it goes into the front of the xfer case, its a drivers side drop.
