carb cfm for AMC 360..

My brother in law gave me a 750 cfm Edelbrock and I told him it was too big, but he swears it is perfect. My motor is stock. What do ya think?

I thought so.. although he did just give it to me, but he thought it was a 600. I researched and found it was a 750

are you sure about that? sure you're not mixing it up with the Dauntless Buick 350 that Jeep used in Waggys.

I am of the same thinking. Never saw one on a 360 from the factory.

If you plan on wheeling the jeep please don't waste your time on putting that carb on. I'm running a Eld 600 and am looking to buy a TBI system as we speak.

im runnin a holley on mine its rich but runs great at any angle, the easiest TBI is to get the harness and computer from a chevy 350 or 305 and look up how to transfer it online. a buddy of mine with a cj-7 did it and it cost him less than a benjamin i think and it runs great.

I ran a 750 CFM holley on my 360. with an offenhauser intake and a mild cam.. bad assed combo in CJ

I've been reading up on the TBI swap, and it actually looks pretty simple.
