We received a 08 Jeep JK about a month ago and here are the build specs:
-5.7 Hemi
-Atlas 4.3
-SOLID 60s
-HOWE Full Hydro
-41 Irok Radials on 20" PSC Beadlocks
-16" Fox RR Coilovers all the way around
-Fox 3" Air Bumps
-Double Tri 4 Link in the rear
-Single Tri 4 Link up front
-PRP seats
blah blah blah
As of right now, this will be the most extreme built DD JK in the US.
I'll have some pictures up shortly.

Well, I have done a decent amount of builds down here and I've never posted any of them. So I figured a one of a kind JK would be pretty cool for people to check out and to see what kind of work we do.

Plus Brandon is making me look bad....ha

We started by trussing the SOLID 60, not that it needed it but it adds to the bling factor.

Very nice. I like the cross member.

Cool! What's the wheelbase on that thing?

hey alex, thats pretty cool... it's different that your doing a 2door...i like that...most jk builds right now are 4 door

That's what The Krawler is going to look like when it grows up :huggy:

John I can see you driving something like that since you are so old you will be needing a nice soft ride and creature comforts. :D

Since the JK frame is so wide we have to do a couple things so we can chop about a 8" section out of the frame for the coilovers to come up through. The stock cross member got cut out for a simple tube cross member.

I got a little bit more done on the frame today. I need to trim the frame, box it in, and clean everything up before the rear is done. This will give a rough idea of what it will look like.

nice, what gauge metal are you able to dimple?

nice

Alex,
You have come along way since the days of the fj40. It looks like you have become a very good fabricator. I'll be calling you this winter to do some work on the new jeep.
