Folks,
Over the past couple of weeks I had Carolina Truggies in Charlotte do some work on my YJ. I had a Sway Away Nitrogen shock leaking oil. So I ask Alex and Josh to rebuild both shocks on the rear 4 link and add limit straps to keep the shocks from bottoming out and ruining the seals.
While the Jeep was there I wanted a new front heavy duty diff cover for my Dana 44 installed. I also needed a shield fabricated for the front of the bell housing to keep mud and rocks out of the starter gears. I had recently installed a deep Summit Racing Transmission Pan on my Torque Flight 904 Automatic. It was in front of the stock skid plate and lower than the original pan. I ask Alex to fab a skid plate to cover the transmission pan. He wisely suggested that we make a complete new skid plate that protected the transmission as well as the transfer case etc.
They did a great job for a fair price. Pics below. I suggest you give them a try.
