who’s had carpal tunnel surgery? How did it go?
I had the nerve test done Monday, got results today. Going to schedule surgery for January. Got a cortisone injection today to get me by.
 
Yes, left side, and it went well. ~2018. It wasn't extreme but definitely helped the situation. The only thing noticeable now is the scar.

Need to get the right one done...ugh.
 
Wife needed both in 2015. Had her dominant (left) hand done then. Other healed enough to get by since then. She was reminded recently that she needed to wear a brace when doing repetitive manual tasks, because the right hand flared back up. She said the pain reduction was noticed immediately, and recovery wasnt bad. I dont recommend doing it with a newborn and toddler in the house, however.
