I've acquired about a dozen or better cobra 29 radios. Some work, most have issues.
Anybody know of a good shop that can repair/test etc. Preferably in the triangle area.

Just south of Sanford is a little town called Olivia. Crossbows CB rebuilds my 29 every year. My CB hates dust and starts to act up toward the end of the season.
 
Just throwing out a thought.> Last time I had my Cobra repaired, I commented on it's age. Something like a 2000 year model. CB Man said it was a Heck of a lot better than the newer ones. His idea is older is better, due to construction & quality. Their even Heavier than the new ones. His opinion, they just get junkier, & cheaper made, every year!
