I got my cb from J&J electronics in indian trail, and it was a killer price. I got a cobra 25 with the weather channels and such. It peaks 35 watts, and avgs 30 watts. I get around 25 mile range in all directions as I am running a roof mount magnet antenna. It sounds like we are sitting beside eachother at like 10+ miles out. We used to all get on 39 on the way to school, and I could hear really really good. If you want their number PM me.

There's a place at the truck stop on Exit 42, I-77. Statesville. I was having a problem and he fixed me up. I'd go back.

Don't know the exit number but it's just south of Lexington, but north of Salisbury. There is a big "LumberJack" statue there. It will be on your left while traveling north.
