Strange. I did a quick google to try to find a picture of the bit I used to do 256 holes for my old beadlock rings with no luck. I really don't think it was anything special but now that I can't find it I'm wondering. I borrowed it from a friend that inherited a machinists collection of tools I may still have it. I didn't have any flaring with the metal but some with the aluminum. Thinking about it, I'm also wondering how you would get a clean cut on aluminum like you want. That was useless, I know
