charlotte trailer rental?

just wondering if there was anywhere in charlotte that would rent me a trailer for a trip to tellico in a few weeks. we got a truck to pull the TJ but the trialer we have is a POS, so hopefull some of u guys could provide some info.

Golden Gait will rent them...

(so will U-haul)...

another option:

United rentals.. ~$50 a day for a 5 ton trailer. Surge brakes. Kinda narrow, but I'm guessing your CJ will fit if it's not more than 78" or so.

If you rent from u-haul, tell them you're towing an mg or something...

my 67 cutlass barely fit on a uhaul trailer, you'll be tight side to side

if you rent from U-haul, you will more than likely have to have all lights hooked up correctly (not that its a bad thing), but I've had a lot of trouble out of them when I went to pick up the trailer without trailer light hookups on the vehicle. I did however put the trailer on a vehicle with lights but had trouble picking it up with a vehicle that didn't.

And, most places that sell trailers also rent them.
