Chase and, forgive me... but I cannot recall the other gentleman's name at the shop, but very nice guy BTW. Both are stand up guys...

JB SYE install with TW shaft.
Perfect install. Took care of a few vibs and then some... extremely pleased!
Communication was great within the forums, along with email / phone, prior to the appointment. I travel extensively for business and it's great to have the remote contact... settles the nerves if you will...
I moved from, Minneapolis MN, about 2yrs ago and it's been a bit of a hassle, nuisance... finding a quality shop.
So far, today was the best experience in NC.
Install was today at 12:00. I was able to hang out / observe throughout the entire install.
A+ service and work.
