Anyone with experience using the budget MIG welders found at Harbor Freight or other brands that are about half the price of the Millers and Lincolns? I wonder how well they feed, or don't feed, the flux wire spools.
Wonder how long they last. I presume any warranty offered is weak likely designed to deter the new owner from making a repair claim.

Thanks for your comments.

There's a reason they're half the price. I had a Mig 100 from HF. I got it for free because I had to repair the motor drive circuitry and clean out the motor. It was a piece of crap. Absolutely nothing redeeming about this welder except that it would occasionally stick metal together without blowing a hole in it. I got a small Lincoln used, and I'm really happy!
