Got my gauges in this past weekend.

This confirmed my suspicion that I had a boost leak. Tracked it down to find this....

The power steering line rubbed through the boost tube that leaves the intercooler going up to the turbo.

Tig'd the hole back shut and then wrapped the tube with 1/8" Al. plate for protection. Covered the power steering line with rubber hose for the belt and suspenders approach. Shouldn't have anymore issues.

Yep, common problem, I've seen that same rub through on a few trucks.
.....and alot more:flipoff2:
Need we bring up egr cooler, head gaskets, oil cooler, etc on 6.0s, glow plug controllers, turbo surge, oil leaks on 7.3s, or KDP, lift pump issues, common rail injector failures, steering issues on Cummins trucks? Every truck/engine has it's own issues.

I heard GONOVRIT and SPOA87YJ sleep sword to sword.
