Probably came from a piece of heavy equipment??

Kinda, hint it is part of the up and down system and it is US military....

the rotating assembly on a h53

That thing is a monster.

yeah...theyre crazy haha...the have 3 engines and are the only aircraft that can lift their own weight..its pretty bad ass...i work on the engines....they actually use them to pick up the jets when they give up in the battle zone...its a crazy picture to see a helicopter with a f18 hanging underneath it haha

Ever mess with the CH47? Ive heard the CH53 and CH47 are very similar, only advantage to the CH47 is its ability to work in hot areas where the CH53 has troubles.

And VERY noisey!

Other than being made by different companies (Boeing/Sikorsky), the 53 having a traditional rotor setup and the 47 having intermeshing counter-rotating blades, 2 engines on the 47 vs. 3 on the 53(e), looking completely different...yeah, they're very similar.

Lol, haha. Didn't know you posted that up jon. Tryin to get a bunch more. It'll be good end links for long arms. That rod end is the bottom end of the pitch control linkages. If that thing broke, bye bye birdie.

Heard they leak hyde fluid like its raining.

My brother was on them for good a while at new river, he always said the only fluid leak that you worry about is the one that stops.
