Building an exo for a customer here at ECGS this week, here is some progress.

first we had to fix the butchered rear fenders from a PO's trim job that was hidden by the bushwacker flares

DUDE, I WANT AN EXO. you did a great job on the axles. (blueish xj, we stayed ther the whole time cause we didnt bring an extra car lol)

estamate around to do an exo like his?

yea lamott, we got the notcher finally and that sped things up a lot. the cage should be mostly finished by tonight, but the driveshaft, brakes, painting and final welding wont be done till tomorrow.

you will have to talk to chase about cost, it varies depending on how complicated you want to get.

we finished up the bending welded it up in all the accesible areas and then well.............. pulled it off so we can fully weld and paint. looks sweet sitting on the floor.

if you really want an exo give me a shout and we can discuss it. Lamont is a great customer and we have enjoyed doing this one. Which make us happy to do the extra work to pull it off and make it super clean.

how long did it take for you guys to finish those last few pieces? looks great thanks for letting me come help I learned a lot.

Looks really good.. but...
1. did you reinforce the ARB's mounting system?

2. does the owner plan to tie it into an internal cage?
Again... very nice work...

EDIT: did you keep track of how much tube you used? or weight?

Looks nice. I love the plug in on the tree though!

I dont plan to put in a internal cage. I just cant see putting that much weight & protection in it. I am a little crazy though I might need it...Chase & Jon did a kick butt job and exceeded my expectations. Thanks Guys!!
