Cherokee NSS Help!

Hi All,
I am trying to pull my nuetral safety switch out of my 93 cherokee. i am using the write up i found in jeepsunlimted and it has given me some good ideas. the best being that since the NSS has to come straight off and is really stubborn; to thread the retaining nut back on a little and then pry it off with a flat head screw driver. this worked some until one of the sides of the screw that the retaining nut threads onto BROKE off!

I have dreched it in liquid wrench, and tried to pull it by hand but seem to be getting no where...

any ideas??!?!?!!

alright, so i broke the NSS getting it off. i searched around on NAXJA.org and found a bypass method so i can at least get it going. in the egine bay, i spliced together a couple of wires on the female harness for the NSS and it starts again no trouble. all my lights work (almost) and it drives normally again, the only thing is that the backup lights do not come on now. i have the electrical schematic still for the harness, and that might lead to some answers but anybody have an idea?
