chevy 8 lug dana 44 and 8 lug gm 10 bolt

is the axles in a gm 10 bolt and a dana 44 the same

The GM's up to about 1988 were 28 spline and the 44's were 30 spline,so no those arent the same.The later 10 bolts,88 or so up,were 30 spline but I still dont think they will work due to difference in the carriers.

inner shafts are not interchangeable. even if they are both 30 spline.
