My kid has a 96 s10 pickup and he's looking at a set of rims and tires on an 89 1/2 ton 2wd chevy. Both are 5bolt 15 inch My question leans more towards backspacing and bolt pattern, are they the same pattern and will it work for him...Thanks guys :beer:
 
No, the half ton wheels are 5x5", same as Jeep WJ's and JK's. The S10 wheels are smaller 5 lug, either 4.5 or 4.75", I can't remember, whichever is the same as the Camaro bolt pattern.

Its 5x 4.75.
