Chevy Factory Rim Offset? 16" 98 k1500

I have been looking around for some rims for my truck and wonder what is the actual backspacing of the factory rim? I want something that will stick out just a little more and thinking factory is 16x7 so I am going with 16x8 to try to get them out just a little. I really dont know what to get that fits right. this is to I have looked at on ebay.

Any sugestions welcome. I also plan on a 2" body lift and 285-75-16" tires

Opinions also welcome on weather or not I should I only have a 305 not the 350 so power is limited as is but is a 5 speed so its not to bad.

at the moment no its 36 miles away and until I find a ride to pick it up it will be there atleast until next week.
