Chrome-Moly Axle shafts

That's just inners though right? I didn't see any Dana 30 outer on the site or am I missing something?

I ordered a set in inners for my XJ. They should arrive Monday.

Sorry for the delayed response. They came in with in a few days. Just as advertised. I replaced both sides since I had the axle torn down replacing seAls and bearings. Have not had a chance to drive it yet though.

I have ordered from them multiple time. Over Stock Diff is simply Randy's Ring and Pinion's over stock stuff. Is shipped directly from Randy's. Can't see the exact link cause i'm on my cell but most times the shaft's are USA Standard 4340 and cut for full circle clips. If u google the part number it will come up on Randy's website so you can see exactly what you're getting. Quick shipping also.

My wallet would like an apology for the posting of this link...

I attempted to place an order with them and was quoated a price on shipping. Fortunately I printed out the web page after I completed the order since when I recieved a confirmationn email the shipping charges were trippled. When I contacted them they at first said it was a mistake but then later refused to honor the original price. I of course canceled my order and will not do buisness with them. I caution you to check you invoice to be sure you haven't been overcharged.

Whatever you do, don't put anything but a spicer joint in those. It sure would suck ripping off yolk ears because you went cheap and put in some brute force joint or something.

CTMs or Longs would be even better, but realistically on a Dana 30 you have just signed your ring gears suicide letter. Lol

Throw some Longs or CTMs in there if you can afford it and roll out.

I put my Longs in for extra assurance that my u-joint wouldn't break, because most ball joint failures on D30s are from the axle yoke ears trying to push past each other, which hits the ball joint and makes bad things happen. I carry spare shafts, and would rather break a shaft than a u-joint (personally), just because fixing broken ball joints on the trail is a mega bitch, whereas swapping a shaft isn't too bad.

I broke a lock rite and twisted a superior shaft in half last year and both spicer joints were still fine. Just saying, because if it's a dd then bushing trunion joints --especially the longfield joints--like to wear out quickly.
