CJ bearing

Anyone have any specifics on replacing the upper bearing in a CJ tilt column?I have the wheel, retaining plate, and turn signal out. Anyone know where to get directions from this point? All 3 manuals that I have dont go that far into changing upper bearing. THANKS

Try JESCO or Specialty Parts, both in California. They have odd parts for CJs and may be able to provide some insight as how to do it or with a manual, etc...

Since the steering is basically the same in Chevys, might find some info in a Cheby book
