Any reason not to move the CJ Fuel tank from under the tub to the bed? Other than the lose of cargo space. You see Fuel Cells put there all the time, why not the stock fuel tank?

I had a aftermarket 24 gallon tank mounted in the bed of my CJ, it will work fine

When i first moved my tank i mounted the stock up there. If it didnt start leakin it would probably still be there. You can bolt the skid plate to the floor and make new straps to hold the tank to the skid.
