I just installed a set of long tube hooker headers on my CJ5. Dillema I am running into is clearance for exhaust pipe on the passenger side, with the transfer case there is not much room to run a pipe through there it seems. How are y'all routing exhaust on these, pics would be awesome. Here's what I'm working with. Thanks -Mike

Here's how I ran mine but I have fender well headers.

I went with inside the frame headers cause I can already see it getting dropped on a rock and mashing the exhaust pipe flat. I guess it originally had side pipes cause the pipes coming from the manifolds were kinda routed that way, they were hacked off though pretty much where the drivers/passengers feet would be. I can already see sitting on the trail and just inhaling all of that nice carbon monoxide. I want these to dump down right in front of the rear axle. I have a set of 12" glass packs. I might just take it to the exhaust shop and let them bend me something up
