cj5 steering wheel mod

Recently picked up an Early 1970's cj5, and the previous owner put a dished steering wheel on it. So needless to say its a pain to get in and drive. What would be the best modification, already plan on getting a stockish shaped steering wheel. XJ steering column to get some adjustment? Cut the wheel tubs to get some seat adjustment?

Get a 7 lol. I have a tilt column in mine and it works for me.
