Cleaning rust

I recently purchased an old trailer. It has a fair amount of rust,but not too bad. What's the best way to clean up some of this? Thanks for any help

navel jelly from lowes or home depot wire brush it first

Myself, I would hit it with the 4 inch grinder with a cup brush, then either shoot it, or paint it with a treatment called Extend, let it dry and cure then paint it with a decent paint.
