Anybody know how to reach him or what's going on? I'm trying to kick some business his way, but the person says the number on the website didn't work, and he hasn't responded to his emails. I hope he's OK. I had a couple of people sold on his benders, and I was going to buy some stuff, too.

I bought a tube die from him for my old tubetek around a month ago. It took a while to get to me in typical tubetek fashion, but I got it. If he is out, it is a very recent thing.

I ordered a bender/dies from him in mid december. Had contact with him up until about 3 weeks ago. I have been completely unable to reach him be it phone or email. I call him twice a day and leave him voicemails and have had no response. I sent him full payment for everything I ordered and now absolutely no contact. I live in MI so if anyone lives close to him that may have a better way to get in contact with him, I would love to hear it. As or right now, I'm out quite a bit of cash...

Would anyone happen to have the address to his machine shop so I can look up his business number there? When I Google "Asheville Machine" nothing with that exact title comes up. The closest thing I get is "Asheville Precision Machine". I would appreciate any help someone could give me.

He appears to be active on hotrodders.com. Last post was on 1/22.

Tracked the TubeTek phone number (828-777-1202) back to BilletWerx, which lists the address for Asheville Machine. Also says his last name is Milton:

Cliff Milton shows up for two address in Black Mountain, NC. The search below will take you there.

Fun stuff. :)

I appreciate everyones help. The number listed for his business is the one I've been calling daily with no return calls. I did however receive the bender today when I got home from work. The crappy part is, I also ordered two dies and degree ring and those were not with the bender. The box was post marked Jan 20th... so someone sent it out. The sad thing is, I've been trying to get ahold of him for some time now with no luck. The bender looks great and I have no doubt that the dies will be nice too, but his customer service lacks greatly and will definately turn potential customers off.

I got a bender from Cliff about a month ago, I called and talked to him told him I needed it asap and I got it in like a week but was missing some parts, I called him back the next day and I had the parts I was missing the following day. He is very difficult to deal with I guess I got lucky, maybe he has alot on his plate (I gave him the benifit of the dought). Hope you get yours straitened out.

Here is the deal with Cliff, he builds these things on an as needed basis

There is never a complete unit sitting on the shelf that he can throw in a box and send out

I live like 20 min from his shop, and he has some strange hours, last fall I was using sweeten creek rd as a cut through at midnight and lights were on at his shop

I bought a bender from him about 3 years ago, even with me living so close, and being able to pickup all the parts, it took him like three weeks to complete everything, and the die was the last thing completed

He is a good guy, and always makes things right, just a little slow

He really needs a sales rep/motivator. I think he could be a bigger player if his response time was better. There's a lot of folks that won't give you that chance. He's got a good product, and it needs good representation.
