Im looking to pour an 18'x21' pad under a carport/shed kinda thing... who's got the best prices on the cement and who finishes it at a reasonable price?

Not sure about their prices, but contact Kingsway Concrete in Hendersonville (828) 697-8866. Its a family business owned by one of my friends and his dad.
