confer rack restore

buddy of mine picked up a confer rack for his 03 tahoe. Needed some work so we did a lil work on it for the bling factor today.
was cracked on three sides where it had been hit or fell or etc. after so hammering tacking/grinding work we got it straight

next we rode and got some expanded metal for the top..and cut to fit

next was a lil sand action

came out fairly well. test fit on the tahoe in the am pics to follow

after install...rack rattled to much for his liking with his system........so its in the 4sale section now.

how much lift, and what size tires are on that Tahoe? does it have the auto-ride in the rear?
