County trying to shut down OHV park

It sounds bad, but if he had gotten the proper zoning issues taken care of BEFORE complaints, all of this would not be happening.

Typically, when zoning change requests are originally suggested by a property owner, they usually go over without too much of an issue or public knowledge. Now this guy is on the radar and will never get any zoning issue changed. He might as well sell and move on as now the newspaper is involved, several notices have been ignored, and neighbors are pissed.

Doing it right to begin with,...priceless!

Add that to the fact that damage is being done to surrounding property, and that it's a constant noise issue. No friends were made in the neighborhood. If it was operated in a similar fashion like the "Farm" . They have rules, and limits as to when they wheel, and are respectful of the neighborhood. That's how it's done guys!

I originally wasn't aware that they were racing there. A lot of people used to go off-roading there for years illegally. The property owner finally got smart and opened it up as a pay-to-play park. I hope he will file the necessary paperwork to at least be able to continue to operate as a OHV park.
