don't have a completely stock pic...but this is close:

here's the rest of the stock intake tube...the stock housing is gone, though...with a big open air filter stuck under the fender and some "Old Smokey" filter guard in it's place:

the stock compressor housing on the H1C has a 3" inlet...and a 2" outlet...

the new compressor housing I put on has a 4" inlet and a 2.5" outlet...

the stock crossover pipe had a 2" inlet, and was square...

I replaced the intake side with 4" exhaust tubing and a couple 45-degree silicone elbows...

I replaced the stock crossover with a 3" piece of exhaust tubing, and used a silicone 2.5"-3" reducer and a 3" 90-degree elbow...plus a small piece bolted to the block with just enough of 3" welded in so I could clamp the elbow...

put a coat of high temp Cast Iron Coat rattle can on it all...I think it looks pretty good...

removed the exhaust just past the downpipe yesterday...so I pretty much have the "air" portion of the truck handled for now...next up are a couple fuel mods (timing adjusted and gov spring changed out)...

you better but t-bolt clamps on your silicone

yeah...those are part of the plan...anybody know if they can be bought locally? or is Ebay the best bet?

not really needed on the pre-compressor side, but the four connections from the compressor housing to the engine ought to have them...
