Went to CN this weekend and tried out my new set up after being down since the first of March.

Seats: not sure but I think a Honda of some type. Had them recovered in Marine grade Vinyl. He did an excellent job too! My butt and back was very greatful.

Re-done front end: Everything stayed where I put it. The new MM 12k was used once, slow as was expected, but pulled fine did what I wanted it to do.

Four new BDS springs did good too, except for some minor spreading. I have a fix for that, no biggie.

4 to 1's in the transfercase: Absolutly AWESOME. I love them. Nuff said.

Propane: First time in several years I could keep it running in any situation!
It does sputter from time to time in low RPM, so I think a little more advance is nessasary. It was great no sputter once the vacum advance in dzzy kicked in. Made all the hill climbs with little effort.

Taurus Fan: Worked very well, kept it at constant temp even when I was bashing and hammering. Came un pluged once, but no biggie, I can fix that too.

Traction bar: Failed. Was running out of time, used some low grade bolts, bent three, broke one. Easy enought to fixe this. I guess all this minor carnage means it was doing it's job.

HYdro assisit: MOved many a big bolder. It's so nice to be able to steer in the direction you want to go.

All in all, a very good trip. A good first run. lil tweeking here and there, but over all I am pleased.

Glad it went well Chip. Wish I could have come along but too much to get done here.

That's great man... my engine has no stutter of any kind, but I did re-curve the dizzy to bring in the advance more quickly.. nothing but a $5 Summit Racing kit, lighter springs.

I need a dial-back light so I can figure out exactly how much timing I've got..
