What size DOM tubing ,and wall thickness ,would I need for this,using 1Ton TRE's,putting this on a YJ with a Dana44hd,thanx

1 1/4x.213 wall to direct tap it, or 1 1/2x.250 wall to use with inserts.

I have some 1.50 OD x .25 wall and 1.25 OD x .125 wall if you need some. I also have threaded inserts.
I normally use the 1.25" unless someone is at 40"+ tires or want to go hydro-steer.
