I have a Cub Lo-Boy 154 with mower deck for $2000 with a new PTO to be installed, but still mows, a 185 with mower deck, small hyd leak at hose on mower deck, but still mows $1800. A Cub Lo-Boy Parts Tractor $1000. I also have two snow/light gravel front plows $350 each or $250 with a tractor.
