D44 knuckle problem and welded diff ?

Does anyone have or know where i can get the 4 prong socket needed to remove thread-in sleeve that the upper ball-joint slides into? When working on my truck this weekend i realized that the ball-joint was loose. When i looked into the problem i noticed that the nut had came loose on the ball-joint and had wallowed out the threard-in sleave inside of the housing. i couldnt get the sleave out with a hammer and screwdriver like i did before.

i also had a question about welding the spiders in my 8.8. I have a LS carrier and open. Is one stronger than the other? Also which welding rod would be better to weld it with, a 60 or 70 series rod?

i wanna say i've seen those spanner sockets at advance or auto zone, but bronco graveyard sells them if you cant find anywhere else:

Snap on also sells them I believe. Got mine from completeoffroad. Parts house like advance/autozone and even napa don't have them on the shelves and will think you're an idiot and tell you this tool doesn't exist if you ask.

i got the spanner socket from broncograveyard and ordered a new ball joint with bushing from advance.

does anyone have a spanner socket that i can borrow for the weekend? i just got an email from bronco grave yard saying the part was on back order for 6-8 weeks.

call napa. i got mine from the napa warehouse the same day i started looking for it. it was either 18or 25 bucks. i cant remember which.
